Bridge of Hope is a partner for those who want to faithfully exemplify Christ's love to single mothers and children who are homeless or facing eviction.

 

Bridge of Hope :

   

Focuses on holistic, long-term solutions to poverty and homelessness

Trains and supports church-based mentoring groups in a joyful ministry of friendship with homeless families

Provides rental assistance and professional case-management services to single mothers seeking long-term stability through job training, employment and budgeting.

 

Bridge of Hope is not a “quick fix,” but an effective way to end and prevent poverty and homelessness. Over 75% of the women served in Lancaster and Chester Counties successfully graduate with permanent housing, a circle of friends and a plan for long-term financial self-sufficiency.
